On Clyde's recommendation we bought Chef Frank Stitt's book. A fine Alabamian. He's speaking in Decatur Monday evening (article). May have to go. According to the article, his restaurant, Highlands Bar and Grill in Birmingham, is listed as No. 5 on Gourmet magazine's list of the 50 best restaurants in America. May have to plan an event.
