Taste test




You only use a grind or two on your food, so does it really matter what brand of peppercorn you buy?


Count me out, however, on the one with “slightly pungent barnyard flavors”.

  1. I've said it for years now: Cook's Illustrated is THE BEST cooking magazine around by orders of magnitude. Great analyses and recipes, pretty pictures, and no advertising. And cheap, all things considered.

    I encourage everyone to subscribe; I need to buy their online service.
