This was one of my favorite songs in high school. I played that tape until it broke.
True story: me and my friends used to taunt our redneck contemporaries by running up and down the street that they "cruised" on, playing Bauhaus as loud as we could to drown out the horrid country music that was so popular in that day (ie, Billy Cyrus).
We laughed our asses off blaring "I Dare You" as the ignorant troglodytes played "Achy Brakey Heart."

That would be "Double Dare" by Bauhaus, not "I Dare You."
